How It Works

From Request to Support

  1. Send a support request.
  2. KIC reviews the request and any deadline or urgent risk.
  3. We arrange an initial conversation if the matter is within scope.
  4. You remain in control of your decisions; KIC supports you to understand options and communicate your wishes.
  5. If specialist or regulated advice is needed, we help you reach an appropriate service.
Important notice: Kidbrooke Islamic Centre CIC is not a law firm. The Community Support & Advocacy Service provides general practical support, advocacy, referrals and signposting. We do not provide regulated immigration advice or other regulated professional advice unless the relevant service/person is appropriately authorised.

Request Support

Fill in as much as you're able to. If anything feels too sensitive to write down, leave it blank — we can discuss it when we speak.

Please don't upload or send documents with sensitive personal information (e.g. NHS numbers, immigration documents) at this stage — we'll request anything we need securely, later.

السلام عليكم. Thank you for contacting Kidbrooke Islamic Centre Community Support & Advocacy. We have received your request (reference ). A member of the team will review it and aim to respond within 2 working days. If your matter is urgent or there is an immediate risk to someone's safety, please contact the appropriate emergency or statutory service rather than waiting for this inbox. Submitting this form does not mean KIC has accepted your case.
